Per questo spazio, abbiamo deciso di restaurare il pavimento a spina di pesce in tonalità noce, abbinato a un arredamento minimalista e raffinato. Il tavolo Tulip di Saarinen, il divano Pixel di Saba, le applique Toast e le lampade a sospensione Cathode, entrambe di Davide Groppi, completano l’ambiente. We reimagined the furnishings of this elegant apartment in Milan, a project by ONE REAL ESTATE. For this space, we decided to restore the herringbone floor in walnut tones, paired with a minimalist and refined décor. The Tulip table by Saarinen, the Pixel sofa by Saba, the Toast wall sconces, and the Cathode pendant lights, all by Davide Groppi, complete the setting. The living room furniture and kitchen were custom-designed to our specifications.
We completely redesigned this apartment in Santa Margherita Ligure, selecting colors inspired by the shades of the sea and optimizing the space layout for greater functionality. The focal point of the home is a central island, around which the main living areas are arranged. Within the island are two bathrooms and the kitchen with a bar area, open to the living room, which overlooks the sea.
We furnished this apartment, designed by ONE REAL ESTATE MILANO. For the lighting, we chose the Infinito by Davide Groppi, which becomes the centerpiece of the living room, along with the beautiful Pixel sofa by Saba and a custom-made artisanal kitchen. Everything is completed with beige and taupe tones, accented by brushed steel finishes.

We redesigned the furnishings of this two-room apartment in Canton Ticino, in the Lugano district, a project by MDA GROUP REAL ESTATE. For this apartment, we opted for modern furnishings in warm tones, characterized by a clean and contemporary style.
Our task was to bring new light to this beautiful villa located in Monza, a project carried out on behalf of ONE REAL ESTATE. The interiors were furnished with a focus on light tones and pastel colors. For example, the Pixel sofa by Saba, the Moon lamp by Davide Groppi, and the Parentesi lamps by Achille Castiglioni were chosen, along with a custom-designed kitchen.
